🌱 Growing instructions

Place 2-3 tablespoons of seed mix in a wide-mouth jar. Cover with a sprouting screen or cheesecloth secured with a rubber band.
Add water, swirl, and drain well.
Rinse seeds with cool water 2-3 times daily by filling the jar and draining. Invert the jar at an angle in a bowl to allow for drainage and air circulation.
In 5-6 days, your sprouts will be ready to harvest. Drain well before storing in the refrigerator.
