How do I get started with Adams Eden?+
Download the Adams Eden app from the App Store or Google Play, or explore our website to browse plants, use the Garden Planner, and learn more about our services.
Do you offer consultations?+

Do you offer delivery services?+
Yes. For many purchases we can arrange delivery depending on your location. Check product pages or reach out via the Contact form for current shipping options.

Shopping online

What plants are available online?+
Our online shop features a curated selection of plants, popular collections, and gardening supplies. New items are added regularly based on season and availability.
How do I know if a plant is in stock?+
On the shop pages, items marked "Out of Stock" are currently unavailable. Inventory is updated regularly—you can also sign up for restock notifications on product pages.
Do you ship plants?+
Shipping options may be limited by season and plant type. During certain times of year we may restrict shipping due to heat or cold stress. Any active shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Is the app free?+
We offer a core experience for free. Certain advanced or premium features may require a subscription in the future; we'll always make that clear inside the app.
Do I need an account to use the app?+
You will need a free account to sync your data, back up your plants, and connect purchases to your profile. This helps keep your information private and portable between devices.

What is your return policy on plants?+
Because plants are living things, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If something seems wrong shortly after purchase, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your receipt so we can help troubleshoot.
